Recruitment Associate - Entry Level

What you'll actually do

As a Recruiter, you'll help growing companies across Africa find exceptional talent.

You'll:

• Search for and identify great candidates across multiple platforms.
• Build talent pipelines for client roles.
• Screen candidates and assess their suitability.
• Conduct introductory interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Learn how modern talent acquisition works from end to end

You do need:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have done prior internships in recruitment
• Excellent internet research skills.
• High attention to detail.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using online tools.

• Have experience with ATS platforms, or sourcing tools.
